He reflects: Offering honest perspective on what he hears and whether Heart Centered Coaching is the right next step for where you are.
He recommends: If coaching is a fit, he will suggest the engagement structure, Emerging Leader or Mentor Leader, that makes the most sense for your journey of business and faith.
One place is not better than another. What is important is that you are honest with yourself and start there. Longevity of business experience does not always equal wisdom. Nor does a shorter journey in business mean you are not making significant impact.
